What could have been a stressful move was made completely seamless by Nellions, a truly professional moving company. From the first call to moving day, the team demonstrated care, precision, and clear communication.

I rarely do this, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.
I booked and confirmed a house move with Nellions well in advance. The move was scheduled for the agreed date. On the actual day of the move, it became clear that nothing had been properly planned. There was no coordination, no readiness and no execution.
I even contacted the team few days before the move as a courtesy check to make sure everything was on track. Basic requirements that any professional mover should confirm were not followed up. The lead Samwel handling my move was clearly disorganised and no one seemed accountable.
This caused major inconvenience, especially since I was travelling the following day and had planned my schedule around this move. A client should never discover on the day of the move that the company is unprepared.
This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. I would strongly advise anyone considering Nellions to think twice unless you are prepared to manage the move yourself and absorb last-minute chaos.

The Nellions team was professional from the time of pre-assessment. We undertook a crosscountry move from Nairobi to Bomet. The team arrived in time, and were very responsive.
From the packaging to relocation and setting up the new house, things ran smoothly and the house was ready to go in a short time. We did not need to do much thereafter. We are grateful they turned a stressful experience to a manageable one.

Outstanding respectful and professional service- from beginning to end. The team arrived and left at the agreed time. Each team member was clean, well mannered and exceptionally client centric. They worked quietly and quickly - like clockwork. My furniture was packed individually literally each leg sealed and protected. My artwork was treated with great care also. When the team found cash or jewelry they alerted the captain and me and handed it over. Communication from beginning to end was great- I was alerted when my goods crossed the border and was given an arrival time at the house. My artwork was rehung perfectly. All the trash was cleared after the move too which was such a relief. all in all -a great team and a great relocation experience. - I’m so glad I choose Nellions. Thank you to ‘Captain’ Samuel and his team.
